India-wide delivery costs ₹150 for standard shipping (3–5 days) or ₹350 for express shipping (2–3 days); cash on delivery is ₹150 extra. Confirm serviceability for your PIN code and the delivery commitment before payment. Destination, carrier or events outside reasonable control may affect delivery; contact us for help if the confirmed window is missed. Check the external package and product identity promptly on receipt.
Report an incorrect or visibly damaged shipment promptly with the order reference and supporting photographs. Any resolution depends on verification and applicable law.
Purity guarantee
Money back if purity is below 99%. This guarantee applies to purchased research compounds. Contact the team with your order reference, product name and any available batch or purity test information to raise a concern.
